What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We are a full-service accounting and tax firm. Our services are not limited to just what our clients may need done. We provide monthly, quarterly, yearly accounting and bookkeeping services, tax preparation for individuals, businesses (S-Corp, LLC’s, C-Corp), partnerships, trust and estate. We also are able to provide payroll services, monthly and quarterly tax filing’s, fixed asset management services, tax planning and analysis, and federal and state tax notice resolution assistance. Here at QATP we enjoy what we do. With 20 plus years’ experience in both tax and accounting, we live for our craft. Our passion is what motivates and drives us. What inspired you to start your own business?
Working for CPA’s and performing bookkeeping and accounting for businesses allowed us to see what was lacking. We always wanted to do more for clients but were limited in the scope of what we were able to do. Watching our peers pass off clients to the staff below because they didn’t have time for them or want to make the time, made us want to be the person who could and would be available!

Can you provide your services online or remotely?
Absolutely! All of the services we can and will provide are remote. We want to be able to offer clients in multiple cities and states the quality accounting services they need. We are able to remotely access accounting software securely through our network. We also offer the ability to upload documents to our secure client portal account.

Do you file taxes?
Yes, we are legally registered and approved with the IRS to e-file all returns for both individual and business returns. We use specialized tax programs and software that are in accordance with IRS guidelines. We are also to provide POA services for retrieving taxpayer transcripts.

How much do we charge?
How much we charge depends on the service that will be provided. Not everyone’s needs are the same. We aim to provide quality services at a competitive rate. If you are only looking to have taxes done, then our combined packages may not be best for you. If you are looking for ongoing accounting and year end tax work we offer packages to fit this need.

First and foremost, lets chat and get to know each other! For us to better serve our clients and their needs we like to have a one-on-one chat and get to know them a bit to find out what they are looking for.
